THE ROLE

  • As an Account Management Intern, you will work within our account management team in Madrid and interact with both users and dealers
  • You will work closely with the team to build strong relationships with dealers and help launch new brands on the site
  • You'll be involved in training and development of new dealers, as well as creating and analysing performance based reports to improve dealer conversions
  • You will speak to users, assisting them with enquiries and ensuring they get the best possible service from carwow and our dealer network

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are in the final semester of a university degree (or last year) and able to work at least 5h a day
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • A great team player, willing to learn and share learnings with the team
  • Analytical thinker, comfortable with data led decisions
  • You will be a careful, detail oriented worker whilst not sacrificing speed
  • Goal oriented, able to meet tight deadlines
  • You don’t let problems stop you and you find new solutions
  • Great communication skills
  • You are able to successfully persuade/ sell an idea
  • Navite spanish speaker and fluent in english
