Carrier Relations Manager at Aircall

We are looking for a Carrier Relation Manager to join our Communications Platform team in Paris. This role will be responsible for management of the global partner mix, performance, and strategy in accordance with our high voice quality standards, financial goals and product requirements.

What you will do:

    • Evaluate new vendors, manage contract negotiations and manage long-term relationships with global carriers of voice services in order to maximise value to Aircall and our customers
    • Be accountable for the business partnership and partner performance management against quality and cost performance goals
    • Create internal reporting, forecasting and alert system indicating actions for the Communications Platform team
    • Prepare and lead monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of the business relationship
    • Understand the regulatory and legal background on a per country level and create a knowledge base of regulatory and legal basic facts for internal stakeholders
    • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build, maintain and implement business plans to support the sales effort

What we are looking for:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications carrier relations and business development with demonstrated success globally
    • Highly results-oriented, Data driven with strong analytical skills
    • Strong understanding of relationship management and sensitivity of a growing business in an established industry. Superior communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build relationships at multiple levels and to work cross-organizationally towards solutions
    • Proven track record negotiating and closing complex agreements. Experience navigating through multiple decision makers and influencers.
    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage with and present to executive level
