We are looking for a Field Sales Manager - Dallas

Responsibilities

A day as a Field Sales Manager is full of exciting challenges and responsibilities such as visiting your team daily to ensure sales quality and motivate your team members. The Field Sales Manager is also responsible for growth and management in Dallas, Irving and Arlington. You will work close to the Operations Manager building strategies on how to reach our quarterly KPI’s (Sales, quality and growth). 

  • Leading team and driving daily sales performance.   
  • Mentoring team members on sales techniques.
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals.
  • Organize staff schedules and workloads to maximize productivity.
  • Interview and hire new employees.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a sales team
  • An entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Experience working with Migrants markets or coming from one yourself is meriting but not a requirement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition
  • Fluent in English and any other African language (not necessary but a plus) 
  • Enjoy working within a team, 
  • Available to work weekends and holidays.  

 

Compensation + Benefits

  • Yearly Salary: $31.200 - $36.400
  • Bonus: 0-50% based on quarterly performance
  • Operational benefit: $2.500
  • Gas allowance

Total Compensation: $33.700 - $57.100
