ABOUT THE TEAM
Business Development is a highly strategic department that plays a key role in conceptualising, negotiating and structuring Revolut’s new products and services, as well as improving existing ones. Our team is skilled in close analysis and problem-solving and builds effective global deals that fit with Revolut’s ambitious goals.
Their work on key projects, like our novel pay-per-day travel insurance, commission-free trading, lounges and concierge, creates value for Revolut and its customers as well as contributing to continuous improvements in customer experience and overall growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Business Chat Team in our London office.
What you will be doing:
- Providing our Revolut for Business users with an outstanding pre-sign-up experience and demonstrating the value of Revolut for Business
- Providing excellent guidance to prospective customers via our web-based live chat and email, representing Revolut online at all times
- Collaborating with all areas of the business, from Product to Support!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Interest in Business banking and Technology
Flawless Polish is required
Strong writing skills and great numeracy and IT skills
An ability to learn quickly and get up to speed on all aspects of the business productEmpathy and integrity
Can-do attitude and you ideally thrive working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
