Financial Coordinator at Funnel
Stockholm, SE

Funnel is now looking for a new member to join the Finance team and be part of the company’s continuous expansion. As part of Finance you will work in a team of three in a broad role together with all teams at Funnel, both in Stockholm and Boston. You will play a vital part acting as the link between Funnel and its customers as well as working closely with Funnels Sales- and Customer Success teams.

Role description

To be successful in this position you enjoy working in a fast-past and changing environment. You are detailed oriented and analytical with a proactive mindset, always striving to improve and develop existing tasks and processes. Your are flexible and able to prioritise multiple tasks in an effective manner. As Funnel has offices in both Stockholm and Boston along with a worldwide customer-base, we believe you are highly communicative, not afraid to take charge and contribute with your expertise.


  • Ongoing work with invoices and the payment process
  • Ensuring customer updates are sufficiently reflected in the company’s BI tools
  • Responsible for the reporting of expenses and receipts
  • Create reconciliations as part of the reporting process
  • Daily interaction with Funnels Sales and Customers Success teams as well as third-party consultants


  • Bachelor’s degree from a top institution
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptive team player
  • Previous experience from Excel is preferred but not required
