The rapidly-expanding People Operations department plays a crucial role in Revolut’s development as we grow into a major international business. Our goal is to ensure that our 1000-strong team are operating at their best, in a well-structured, high performance environment.
People Operations is a business-critical department that will give you exposure across the company and enable you to play a big part in Revolut’s drive to be the biggest financial services company on the planet.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Content Creation Manager to join our newly created team.
•A zen master of content; you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. We have to build everything to help us inform, engage and inspire. It’s hugely exciting.
•You are the best wordsmith on the block (and can prove it). You are a whizz at translating other people’s ideas into simple, easy-to-digest memorable content. You are excellent at discovering cool content; storytelling is part of your DNA. You are constantly looking for the best ways to share from 6 word stories to podcasts, you live and breathe content.
•Our tone of voice is distinctive and strong. You will be the guardian of this internally advising, guiding and supporting our teams and our leaders.
You will report to the Head of Internal Communication based in our Canary Wharf offices in London.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience supporting the creation of an Internal Communications function from scratch - including creating IC tools from scratch. The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects, working at pace in a driven, highly rewarding environment. Nimble and flexible you will have experience across a wide range of content - words, scripts, podcasts, video (not the camera work, we’ll have that covered, but hey... if you can do that too that’s fantastic)Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. 3-5 years experience preferably in a similar role or environment. Excellent English - both written and spoken. Degree Qualification preferable. Project Management skills would be an advantage
