Description

We're currently hiring for a Data Quality Analyst to join our team in Cluj. You'll be charged managing the flow of data, but also improving the quality of the data that we work with as a business.

Requirements

We’re looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. We need someone to help us with improving the data quality and managing the data flow. The data collected will be relevant to the Sales team to drive growth. You will be a part of the revenue operations team and have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the business to make sure that we have the key information we need to understand and communicate with our clients and prospects.We value those who take initiative and pride in their work and thrive in an informal working environment.

 

In your role, you will:

  • Bridge the gap between technical capabilities of the team and the needs of our stakeholders (sales.marketing, CS, finance etc).
  • Fulfil data quality checks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Be actively involved in generating leads.
  • Document technical requirements and helps generate FAQs, user manuals, guides.
  • Perform manual QA tests.
Ideally, you will:
  • Have a love for data analysis and deeply believe in evidence-based decision making, thus you should be familiar with at least one of Microsoft Excel, Access, or another database or spreadsheet application.
  • Have an understanding of how HTML, RegEx work, i.e. so you would be able to create Xpaths for selecting what you want to extract from a certain website.
  • Good attention to detail, with a methodological approach to data.
  • Be eager to learn new things and be in a continuous process of improving yourself.
  • Good communicator, being able to gather requirements and analyze needs research and experiment with new solutions to optimize and improve turnover times.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
