Marketing Director, Demand Generation 

As our Head of Demand Generation, you will lead and grow a team of digital marketers to develop comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategies encompassing various media channels. You, and your team, will be responsible for optimizing performance across acquisition channels while achieving acquisition target goals. This role requires a growth mindset and a hands-on approach to everything you do.

In this role, you'll get to:

Build a strong trusted relationship with the Sales team and leadership — contributing updates in sales pipeline meetings and supporting revenue-generating initiatives

Ensure ideal customer profiles are used to enhance segmentation and targeting of digital and field campaigns executing on right persona, right offer, right time and right channel

Deliver compelling, specific messaging for each stage of the buyer journey, creating an engaging customer experience with bottom-line results

Imagine, build, and execute ABM/omni-channel campaigns across email, social and web, with the support of our marketing operation team

Measure, analyze and report of all campaigns for effectiveness and ROI leveraging our closed loop reporting framework

We'd love to meet someone who:

Has a track record as a highly successful, hands-on Marketer in SaaS environments and a champion of best practices

Has 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong track record of success - having led game-changing initiatives

Thinks differently and knows when to follow a playbook that’s served them well and when to innovate and create something completely new

Has strong, proven leadership skills and highly developed interpersonal skills to lead, manage and inspire a diverse and global team

Loves to spend time analyzing the data, looking for trends and ‘aha!’ moments

Has TedTalk-like communication skills - we’re an increasingly globally dispersed team and need to stay connected

Is passionate about lifecycle marketing

Loves to experiment and to take intelligent risks
