Senior IT Support Engineer at Depop

We have a prime position in the UK where we estimate 1 in 3 Gen Z/Millennials are registered. We are experiencing rapid growth (300% over two years) in the US; recently entering the top 25 shopping apps (the only European player to do so).

Due to our continued growth, we're looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our small but mighty IT Support Team. You'll be a core part of a team that is transforming the way support is provided across the company and to our worldwide offices. You'll be tasked with delighting and empowering our employees with fast and friendly support, and making sure the devices and systems that they rely upon are stable, secure and well maintained.


  • 1st-3rd line user support (primarily based in London, but some based in the US)
  • Administration of third-party services
  • User on-boarding/off-boarding
  • Software updates/patch management
  • Automation of time-consuming processes
  • Office network administration


  • Apple MDM support (JAMF ideally)
  • MacOS hardware/software support
  • G Suite administration
  • Network administration and troubleshooting including VLANs, NAT, DHCP, DNS, STP and firewall (we use Juniper routers, Cisco wireless hardware, and HP/Aruba edge switches)
  • Friendly, customer-focussed attitude
  • Diligent and proactive approach to documentation and process
  • Security awareness


  • Scripting in Bash, Python or PowerShell
  • Development and operational tools (git, GitHub, DataDog, Atlasssian)
  • Active Directory administration and related protocols (LDAP, Kerberos etc)
  • Basic AWS exposure
