Adludio is seeking an entrepreneurial, top-performing digital media player-coach in its New York office to work with brands and their agencies and help them reach their marketing goals as well as lead and grow a team of top seller!

The Full Time permanent Director of Sales leads the Adludio Sales team as well as establishing and driving account strategy for all national territories. The ideal candidate has significant advertising sales and leadership experience, specifically in digital media, with a proven track record of winning new business, building relationships and guiding a successful sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate, and develop a team of three sellers in New York City and two sellers in Los Angeles to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals

• Support sellers in developing client pipelines, category and territory strategies

•Deliver marketplace feedback to improve sales products and selling strategy

• Develop and manage select high-level client and agency relationships

• Recommend and manage the hiring process for new sales territories or categories

 

 

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in sales, 4+ years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and effective leadership
  • Deep knowledge of digital media, online marketing technology and its competitive landscape
  • Proactive strategic thinking with a strong sales mentality and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of developing new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Well established relationships within the advertising industry
  • Excellent coaching and training skills
  • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
  • A deep understanding of the industry's key issues
