Product Marketing Manager - Sales Enablement at Aircall

At Aircall, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team of collaborative, creative, and talented PMMs. In this role, you will be the first product marketer based in Paris. You will report to the NY-based Director of Product Marketing, and you will be a key member of a team that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll focus on understanding our buyers and our competitive landscape across EMEA, and supporting the sales teams with the tools they need to grow the business.

What you will do:

    • Become an expert in our product, our market, and especially our customers and buyers
    • Act as the voice of the customer for EMEA, for example conducting win / loss interviews and developing buyer personas
    • Develop regional product messaging that resonates with buyers in each market
    • Research competitive landscape and trends in order to equip the sales team with “battle cards” and provide insights to product and business teams
    • Work closely with the EMEA sales team to understand the sales process and prioritize the tools that will have the greatest impact on increasing win rates and driving deals forward
    • Develop materials such as one-sheets, slides, and videos that help move buyers through the funnel
    • Interview customers and write case studies to build our library of customer success stories and testimonials
    • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and use your knowledge of our market, customers, and buyers to recommend topics for blog posts, e-books, events, and campaigns
    • Stay positive, solution oriented and creative 

What we are looking for:

    • Fluent English and French with outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for a B2B technology product 
    • A proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
    • A proactive communicator who is excited to take initiative
    • A left- and right-brain thinker who is both creative and analytical
    • An excellent storyteller who understands how to tailor a message to meet an audience’s needs
    • A globally-minded person who enjoys working with a diverse group of international colleagues
