If you're looking for a Tech Scale-up in Berlin that's utilising A.I. Software outside of Financial Services, there are few to choose from. But none will have the tangible impact on people's lives that 3D Hubs has been producing since 2013. Literally millions of Metallic & Plastic parts have been produced through our platform, with Instant Pricing enabled by our A.I. algorithms that would otherwise take weeks!
As an Account Manager you'll have a decisive role in the B2B expansion of 3D Hubs. You'll report to the Director of EU Sales and be responsible for managing sales across a portfolio of up to 50 existing accounts. Based at our brand new office in Berlin you'll join a growing global sales team and develop new, high potential customers into strategic enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales with a proven track record in setting and meeting realistic targets.
For its ease-of-use our platform is used by over 20,000 Designers & Engineers, from humble startups to the biggest Fortune 500 names for; 3D Printing, CNC Machining & Injection Molding projects. It's our ambition to maintain our fast-paced development culture that has focused on results-over-process for the past 6 years. From instant quote to order management, we make sure our customers always get the best experience, and every effort that we make as an organisation funnels input into this mantra.
Can you successfully represent our brand to our casual DACH customers, and grow them into mature accounts?

What you’ll do:

    • Manage and grow an existing DACH portfolio of customers that have already used 3D Hubs
    • Develop a clear roadmap for your region, nurturing relations with the high value strategic accounts
    • Work with a cross-functional team of Mechanical Engineers, Supply Chain & Order Fulfilment resources
    • Ensure that you meet deadlines, remove obstacles, and have access to the right resources to achieve your goals

What it takes:

    • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management in the DACH region
    • Technical knowledge of Metallic & Plastic manufacturing technologies [CNC, Sheet Metal, Injection Molding, etc]
    • Excellent German & English
    • Experience in a startup/scale-up environment without the frills of Executive Sales Teams
