Head of Acquiring Risk at Revolut

The Leadership Team provides Revolut with the vision, the drive, and the direction to continue its rapid growth and development into a major international finance business.
From risk, to finance, to people, the leadership team is our C-suite level grouping that sets the tone and agenda for all areas of the business and is comprised of some of the brightest and most successful people in the business.

You will:
•  Define and execute on a long-term vision for managing acquiring risks
• Build and own risk relationships with payment partners, regulators, government agencies, and vendors
• Lead, grow, and manage a team of analysts, data scientists and product owners
• Work with teams across Revolut to manage and lead cross-functional risk projects
• Serve as the key subject matter expert acquiring risk across the company and/or with external partners

The ideal candidate will:
• Have a solid track record of driving down risk loss
• You have experience managing both fraud and credit risk within payments
• You have a good understanding of chargebacks, collections and investigations
• You have extensive knowledge in acquiring fraud schemes and risk prevention methods and detection tools for digital, virtual and physical goods for both card present and card not present
• You’re able to influence, coach, and develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels, gaining their acceptance, and driving change
• You are intellectually curious, and you can bring valuable insights into the team and business
• You thrive in dynamic working environments
• You have a data driven approach to problem solving
