We are building out our talent function and looking for a strategic Recruiting Manager to lead our international team of recruiters. As the Recruiting Manager, you will not only recruit, but you will also develop and coach a team of scrappy, talented, motivated recruiters to help foster success for the whole team. You will also recognize opportunities for improvement in our recruitment process and execute the solution.
This is a dynamic role where you'll help set the priorities and recruiting strategy, build out talent branding programs, train our Hiya employees on hiring best practices, and scale the recruiting team to meet Hiya's growth goals.
