Based in Paris we are looking for engaged and passionate Customer Success Managers for our German market.
About the team:
Customer Success is at the heart of Aircall. We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with strong relationship building skills that is looking to help customers succeed. You will play a major part in supporting our rapidly growing client base to ensure they help their businesses grow with Aircall!

What you will do :

    • Be responsible for a larger portfolio in which you will have the opportunity to detect hidden accounts to realize cross-selling and up selling and make them grow
    • Ensure customer growth, adoption, satisfaction and retention.
    • Be proactive with customer renewals to develop up sells and cross-selling taking into account clients' needs.
    • Maximise your portfolio’s growth opportunities and mitigate its risks
    • Gather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap
    • Develop new ways to increase customer satisfaction and organise product feedback
    • Contribute to the constant improvement of our processes, best practices and tools
    • Bring in new ideas to delight our customers
    • Be owner of your own projects to improve the customer's satisfaction

What we are looking for :

    • Native in German is mandatory. Fluent in English or French is a plus.
    • Good organizational skills
    • Previous experiences in sales or in Account management is required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
    • Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
