Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager at Vestiaire Collective

About the role:

The Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager will be instrumental in devising, creating and executing innovative and strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, seller & buyer acquisition targets and sales revenue at a global scale. You will partner across the organisation, both globally and locally, to ensure that these initiatives meet our strategic objectives and ensure a consistent vision of Vestiaire Collective across all markets and touchpoints.

What you will do:

  • Support the Global Head of Brand Marketing in driving the development, ideation and strategic thinking of best-in-class marketing solutions and creative concepts. Ensure smooth & consistent execution of these solutions and campaigns across all markets
  • Develop and execute our global marketing projects & brand initiatives to build engaging campaigns & experiences for our customers and target audiences (across buyers & sellers)
  • Plan and deliver initiatives that elevate the brand globally & locally, whilst working closely with markets to help solve their challenges in bringing these initiatives to life 
  • Deliver a playbook for markets to ensure that events are executed consistently in line with the Vestiaire Collective brand guidelines
  • Research and identify strategic opportunities and alliances to acquire and convert new buyers & sellers, as well as solidify our brand positioning
  • Refine marketing campaign processes and dissemination; ensure fluid communication of marketing activity across Tech, CRM, Acquisition, Creative Production, PR and Social Media teams
  • Drive innovation and creativity in the team when executing campaigns
  • Present ideas and execute strategic initiatives that raise awareness and buzz, recruit customers and drive sales
  • Source, manage and maintain close and mutually beneficial relationships with 3rd party vendors and agencies, develop KPI’s and implement seasonal planning sessions to communicate business objectives, marketing priorities and set overall direction
  • Collaborate with the Customer Insights Manager to identify new opportunities and perception gaps to tackle with brand projects

About you:

  • The talent, energy and passion to tell Vestiaire Collective’s story, demonstrate customer empathy and understand the buyer & seller mindset
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing, fashion, communication or something similar
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience ideally in online fashion retail
  • Fluent knowledge of fashion in general
  • Experience in project managing large 360 campaigns
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to excel through times of growth, ambiguity and change
  • You have strong attention to detail, you are organized with good management skills
  • Have the ability to roll-up sleeves and lead by example at both strategic and tactical levels
  • You have good cultural awareness
  • Act as a true brand ambassador for Vestiaire Collective
  • English native, French is a plus
