Our products are revolutionary; high performance, eco-friendly and by delivering direct they offer great value too. Already delivering over 1 million washes up and down the UK each week and more recently in the US too. You’ll be joining a tight growth hungry entrepreneurial team, ready to bring smol to every household in the country and beyond and we need your help to get us there.


Where we need help

You will work on data analysis across the company. You will be responsible for growing and maintaining the quality of the data stack as well as collaborating with various team members on building reports and monitoring to help inform strategic decisions. You will work on a variety of projects with the team to translate data into valuable insight from knowing and serving our customers better to internal tools to analyse operations and make decisions for products.

What kind of person are we looking for?


We are looking for someone passionate about the role of data in informing business decisions and driving process creation and efficiencies across businesses. The ideal candidate will be able to apply data analysis best practises in order to translate data findings into actionable insights to share with the team to evaluate projects decisions across smol.


Skills needed


You have

  • BSc in Mathematics, Business, Economics or CS
  • 1-2y experience in data analytics
  • experience with storage systems (Redshift, Snowflake)


You are comfortable with

  • Agile methodology
  • Expertise in excel and/or google sheet
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs (subscription ecommerce a plus)
  • Data visualisation techniques and tools
  • SQL, Python
  • Data transfer protocols (FTP, https, webhook, API implementation)
  • Building data pipelines 

A plus

  • Prior experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Domo)
  • Prior experience with ecommerce analytics
  • Comfortable and interested in marketing analytics


You will

  • Gather and analyze a mix of data sources to assess company performance
  • Work with the founders on building automatic tracking and reporting of KPIs
  • Help to growth team gain valuable actionable insight
  • Encourage and facilitate data-driven decision making across the company
  • Set up new sources of data to enrich the stack
  • Optimise existing stack and contribute to laying
