ABOUT THE TEAM
The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe. We focus on community-driven and marketing-driven approaches to ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region.
The Growth department is constantly innovating and trying new ways to grow Revolut faster and more effectively. Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets, are passionate about Revolut, and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed.
Build and lead Revolut’s Social Media team Establish the foundations for a globally coordinated social media team across multiple markets
Develop and implement a holistic social media content strategy for all channels across the business
Responsible for the day to day management of all social media channels, their growth, and ongoing maintenance
Create reporting and analytics guidelines to effectively measure the impact of social media activity across all channels
Work across multiple teams and jurisdictions to effectively coordinate the development and implementation of social media content
Work with senior leadership to develop their individual social media brands as required
Be the subject matter expert across the business
Skills and Experience
Leading a social media team with a particular focus on:
Managing content in multiple markets, accounting for a variety of languages, platforms, and cultural norms
Using social media to build our brand and create a community of online advocates
Experience working within Financial Services is preferred but not required10+ years of experience in creating content, especially video
Video editing skills no essential but preferred
Equally, photoshop skills preferred but not a prerequisite
Experience in analysis data especially social media platform metrics and presenting them in a digestible way to senior leadership
Experience setting up and managing social media CRM platforms like Nuvi or Radian6. Creative thinking and willingness to challenge the norms
Extensive experience in people management and internal communications
Experience in executing campaigns around products and issues that often have multiple touchpoints including offline elements
A deep knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy10+ years of experience
