As a rapidly growing company, Adludio is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Full Time permanent Account Manager to join our New York team.

    Have a deep understanding of Adludio’s platform and product offerings to support consultation on campaign strategy and ensure campaign delivery success.
    Provide excellent client success and end-to-end lifecycle support to our partners and become an advisory point of contact.
    Provide white glove service by taking ownership for client concerns from initial contact to resolution including troubleshooting the issue, determining root cause and ensuring that the client understands the resolution.
    Managing long-term (multi-month) projects and will be responsible for setting timelines, keeping all stakeholders up to date, proper documentation within platforms or reporting features to independently drive the process forward.
    Maintain realistic project management goals for yourself that align to the goals of your key accounts.
    Be comfortable presenting insights and campaign metrics during client meetings and/or QBRs to recommend performance enhancements and understand attribution to all stakeholders.
    Work with Adludio’s team to develop a strategy for how a given client will reach a target audience and mobilize them to take key actions.
    Manage and grow relationships and spend time with key clients and agency partners by helping them achieve performance that exceeds their expectations.


To Succeed in this Role, you will Need

    0-3 years of experience in Sales Planner or Account Management with an understanding of the online advertising industry.
    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent/higher level of education. We would also be open to a recent college graduate.
    Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    Ability to adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
    Strategic thinker, with the ability to translate client needs into compelling concepts and solutions
