We are now looking for a volume Recruiter to come in for an initial period of 6 months and be responsible for directly sourcing candidates for our Customer Experience team and running assessment centres. You’ll provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a world class service to candidates and colleagues. This is a key role for us as we ramp up this team considerably in the coming months.
Sourcing, screening, assessing and onboarding brilliant sales and retention candidates at volume into our rapidly growing customer experience team.
Being organised in planning your time to screen candidates and hosting telephone interviews.
Organising and running assessment days with the assistance of the team coordinator and sales team leaders.
Deliver a world class, end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Continuously looking for ways to enhance the candidate recruitment journey.
Previous experience of having recruited sales roles within a contact centre at volume in a fast paced environment.
Experience of having run high quality, assessment days.
Leadership qualities: we want everyone to take the lead in their tasks and projects and have the space to make suggestions for any improvements.
Positive and ‘roll up your sleeves’ - attitude (we don’t micromanage and instead want you to take the initiative and always ask if something is unclear).
