Fleet Coordinator- (30h/week) at Infarm

Responsibilities:

    Plan, acquire and maintain the necessary vehicles in line with the company requirements
    Coordinate all relevant processes related to the management of the fleet
    Coordinate with the stakeholders on the the car forecast/ order and pick up
    Cooperate with the existing car suppliers and establish the contracts when opening the new markets
    Support in setting up the policies and processes to follow in case of the accidents/repairs/police tickets
    Support the digital logbook process and its set up for the new clusters
    Keep in touch with the fleet drivers, ensure they follow processes and regulations and support them in their daily needs
    Assist in the development and improvement of the internal and external process
    Ensure accurate record keeping for all vehicles

Requirements:

    2+ years of experience in a relevant operational or coordination role, combined with experience in managing physical assets
    Full business proficiency in English and German language
    Good communication and people skills
    Driving license is a plus
    Knowledge of the automotive, insurance and leasing markets and related product is a plus

This is a part-time position, 30 hours per week.
