Associate Affiliate Marketing Manager
Reporting in to the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day affiliate activities for our Beauty brands across the US.
Key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring affiliate activity
Analyzing performance and creating weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal use
Making sure offers are provided to the network team and publishers
Actively recruiting new publishers to programs
Booking in activities on publisher sites
Communicating and collaborating with the network team to ensure optimal performance
Communicating and monitoring compliance and brand guidelines across the affiliate channel
Driving affiliate strategy alongside the Affiliate Manager
What we’re looking for:
c.1-2 Years of Affiliate Marketing experience
Passion for digital marketing
Passion for relationship management
Great organization skills to spreadsheets, maintain calendars etc.
Experience or interest in analyzing data
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Docs and social media platforms
High-energy, outgoing personality
Flexible in a fast-paced and ever changing digital environment
