    Maintaining and identifying opportunities to improve current reports.
    Work alongside trading, marketing, buying, merchandising and supply chain teams to identify needs for them and generate reports based on their requirements.
    Deliver data-driven insights to improve marketing and buying efficiency (most important job across the team)
    Working alongside the wider team, analysing data and making informed decisions on email strategy.
    Ensure manual and automated emails are optimized and are converting successfully (including monitoring Email KPIs like open rate, click through rate etc.)
    Drive increased retention of customers and monitor lapsed customers
    Work with the wider team to use our in house software to optimize remarketing through other channels e.g. social, PPC etc. and identify prospect customers in the market.
