About the role
Identifying new and innovative ways to drive traffic to Lookfantastic Germany as well as developing and improving traffic from existing Affiliates
Building and managing Affiliate marketing opportunities
Growing the relationships with key Affiliates
Maintaining appropriate level of knowledge across the industry, as well as network and affiliate tools and software.
Sourcing new opportunities within the affiliate network
Auditing Affiliate websites and performance weekly
Conducting competitor analysis to ensure activity in line with the industry
Forecasting and budgeting – managing the Affiliate network within budget and CPA targets
Working with the rest of team to drive performance and align activity with overall territory objectives
Supporting the wider business with ecommerce needs as and when required and with any other tasks as reasonably requested by your manager
High level of spoken and written German
Graduated from Top Tier University ideally in a relevant subject (Marketing, Economics, Business)
Strong academic track record
Strong interest in Digital marketing channels and e-commerce
Proven communication and influencing skills
Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility
Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making
