WHO YOU ARE
We’re on the hunt for the fifth member to join Peakon’s Revenue Operations team. Over the last few years we have been busy building the rails for the marketing, sales and customer success functions to run along, reducing friction by continually putting our tools, processes and data under the microscope.
We’re now looking for someone to take ownership of Peakon’s ‘top of funnel’ infrastructure, a role we’re affectionately naming Marketing Operations. You’ll reinforce the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring a seamless experience for our prospects and colleagues. This means ensuring any barriers during customer acquisition are identified and removed, and using data-driven insights to inform the wider business what’s working well, and where we can improve.
You will help build processes from the ground up, share responsibility for the integrity of our data and take ownership of Peakon’s lead acquisition tools. You’ll help drive operational excellence into Peakon’s sales and marketing org by defining best practice, identifying and leading process improvements. Thinking like a computer will only get you so far, the main part of this role requires a human touch! Your responsibilities will require close liaison with members of the global Marketing and Sales teams, at all levels.
We aren't looking for someone to simply manage marketing operations, but someone who will champion it. You’ll gather requirements from across the business, provide training, present your ideas and identify opportunities for cost and operational efficiencies. All of this will help us learn and improve as we continue to grow.
You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders on an ever-evolving set of projects, no two days are the same. Ideally, you have experience optimising internal processes and workflows. You’ll be working as a key member of the Revenue Operations team. We triage as a group, bounce ideas around and support each other on the technical side to build solutions that scale with Peakon.

Our ideal candidate...
Analytically minded with a dash of scrutiny, eager to learn, and motivated.
High attention to detail, natural problem solver, logical mindset and expert communicator.
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Pardot/Marketo, Chili Piper, Intercom, GTM, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI and Clearbit.
Experience owning projects such as lead scoring and attribution.
Strong analytical skills - experience working with analytics and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, GA, Mixpanel, Power BI and interpreting data through a business lens.
Experience managing, prioritizing and executing on multiple projects simultaneously, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, BI and engineering teams.
Experience with SQL and Python a plus.
SaaS start-up experience is desirable.
