As a Senior CRM Manager, you will be tasked with overhauling the existing CRM strategy and systems; leading the email marketing strategy, the customer lifecycle plan, and the CRM content plan. You will improve the acquisition strategy, develop the loyalty programme and lead the strategy and plans with a focus on customer lifecycle with automated communications to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Work towards the goal of creating consistent cross channel journeys by working with tech teams and different channel owners to get functionality and data in place and implementing new comms
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to design and optimise the acquisition and retention campaigns, including automated/trigger CRM programmes
Use behavioural data and propensity models to optimise emails through A/B and multivariate testing: template, segmentation, personalisation, offers, content, calls-to-action, timing and frequency
Support the team in creating testing plans whilst explaining best practice and rationale
Constantly monitor campaign results and immediately adapt activity based on new learnings
Maintain the team’s roadmap and ensure it is circulated, communicated and being worked towards
Ensure reporting is maintained and used to develop new initiatives and circulated with the wider business
Work closely with the Senior Content Manager to implement a data driven strategy to be delivered both via comms channels and onsite customer experience
Create benchmarks and working with the Growth data analyst track performance and develop reports for business stakeholders across all activity to ensure it overachieves against KPIs
Maintain awareness of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies, ensure compliance with GDPR
Educate wider departments about CRM and pro-actively join projects where CRM input is required.
Solid experience in a similar role, at a senior level
Confident in creating and driving forward multi-touch CRM plans, across the funnel
Experience with funnel/ CRM/ marketing automation tools
Experience in creating and producing B2C content across all channels
General knowledge of SEO and SEM
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulation
Confident working with senior management and stakeholders
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Experience in CRM for ad-tech, mar-tech or SaaS technology companies a big plus
International experience would be an advantage
