Sales Manager - Spain at carwow

As carwow's Sales Manager for Madrid, you will:

  • Develop the carwow dealer network by identifying, signing-up and onboarding new dealer partners
  • Sales process will involve both telesales and field sales; the candidate will be expected to help to refine the strategy over time based on their experiences
  • Evolve the pitch and associated materials in conjunction with the Country Manager
  • Various other tasks from time to time, as required by a startup business
  • Play a leading role in building carwow into Spain’s most exciting automotive businesses!

REQUIREMENTS

  • A strong academic background, ideally degree educated
  • A strong consultative sales ability, with evidence of selling in B2B / SME environments
  • Automotive experience is an advantage but not essential
  • We're looking for a fast learner who is always looking for ways to “make it better” for customers in Spain
  • Experience of both telesales and in-person field sales highly desirable
  • Desire to work for a fast-growing startup business
  • Eagerness to learn and to develop
  • High level of objection handling
  • Proficient / fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel to meet prospects and to secure sales
