Field Marketing (EMEA)
Tessian’s marketing team is looking for a passionate senior field marketing manager with a growth mindset to own all field marketing campaigns in EMEA. This is an amazing opportunity to join our rocketship, have a huge impact on our continuous growth, and be a key driver in the execution of our ambitious goals in 2021 & beyond.
You’ll own a generous budget and have independence to enact our field marketing strategy in EMEA. You’ll be responsible for the planning, budgeting, execution and optimization of all Tessian’s field marketing activity in EMEA with a focus on hitting our pipeline objectives. You’ll be managing our webinar, events, trade shows, roundtables, email promotion, direct mail and more.
You’ll work in close alignment with the demand generation team, the rest of the marketing team and the sales team to understand and support sales pipeline needs.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll get to:
Work closely with the demand generation team, the rest of the marketing team and the sales team in EMEA to develop the field marketing strategy and plan for the EMEA region.
Plan, execute and optimize all aspects of EMEA webinars, events, tradeshows and roundtables productively and efficiently, utilizing industry best practices. Including all logistics, production, event platform technology and/or venue sourcing, project management, budget tracking, campaign promotion, and audience acquisition
Identify & maximize reach and presence at third party events through multi-channel marketing campaign support
Showcase both a creative and innovative approach to the customer and prospect experience, delivering programs that are effective and drive result
Work with marketing operations to develop effective campaign reporting that feeds other organizational reports and the funnel paradigm.
Track, analyze and optimize campaigns, tactics and vendors.
Carry a pipeline target and work with the team to optimize these campaigns over time, and deliver
We'd love to meet someone who:
Has demonstrated success in independent working style, developing and leading field marketing programs, equivalent of 5+ years of field marketing experience. (experience in the cyber-security industry is a plus).
Has a background in B2B marketing to technology audience.
Leads with collaboration and sharing best practices. Confident in ideas and recommendations, with openness for trying new things and knowledge that there is more than one way to accomplish success.
Is a self-starter, highly motivated, team player and problem solver.
This is an individual contributor role, with both strategic and frontline responsibility, so ability to partner with cross-functional teams for support is essential.
Is a daily, hands-on user of SFDC for pulling metrics and records, with support from Marketing Operations for dashboards.
Has exceptional project management skills to show plan articulation, timelines, production schedules, KPI scorecards, or any other required metrics.
Has strong writing, presentation and verbal communications skills, with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages and strategies.
Has a passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI.
