We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to hire across a range of tech roles. You'll partner closely with leaders across our technical teams to understand their priorities, help them design and execute successful hiring process and bring in a diverse set of candidates. You'll have responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing and closing as well as giving insight and recommendations to hiring managers along the way.

Our recruiters are deeply embedded into Zopian culture and you’ll really get to know the teams you're recruiting for, so developing strong relationships and trust is a must. A day in the life:

Partner with Senior Zopians across our tech community to understand and help deliver their hiring plans
Hire for a variety of tech roles (Software Engineers, Reliability Engineering, Data, IT Infrastructure and more)
Become a trusted brand ambassador internally and externally
Proactively identify and attract a diverse pipeline of top talent to Zopa (whether through Headhunting, Networking, events or Brand Attraction).
Ensure that all candidates experience a recruitment process reflective of our amazing culture and brand
Build strong relationships with the hiring teams across the business to make sure the internal customer experience is as clear and concise as the candidate experience
Utilise a variety of recruitment channels to find the right talent, with a focus on cost, quality, and speed
Lead on strategic and innovative candidate experience and people team projects

About you:

Experience in-house is a must – ideally in a fast growing, technology focused role and business
Good knowledge of the overall tech hiring landscape and hands-on experience working on a variety of tech roles (ideally Software Engineering, SRE, Infrastructure, InfoSec, etc.)  
You’re analytically minded, make decisions based on data and can use data to influence stakeholders
You’re passionate about challenging the norm and finding better ways of doing things and care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity
Hands on sourcing experience, which means you can autonomously deliver against the roles you’re working on
You enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, we're a friendly and passionate bunch!
